  • Kevin J. Daniel

  • Kevin is a trial lawyer with significant courtroom experience spanning across the state and federal courts of Northern Virginia.

For the past five years, Virginia Super Lawyers honored Kevin as a "Rising Star" in construction and business litigation - an honor awarded to only 2.5% of the lawyers in Virginia.

He concentrates on litigating construction, land use and business disputes — representing several companies based in Loudoun County. Kevin also practices estate and fiduciary litigation for individual clients. He has had two trial judgments affirmed by the Virginia Supreme Court.

Kevin delivers exceptional value to the Firm’s clients by drawing upon his background as a complex commercial litigation associate at McGuireWoods LLP in Tysons Corner, Virginia.

In 2017, the Loudoun County Board of Supervisors appointed Kevin to serve on the Zoning Ordinance Action Group, which is a specialized board that provides recommendations to the County Board on zoning matters.

Although he focuses primarily on litigation, Kevin also regularly provides business advice to clients, particularly in the areas of construction contracting, construction claim counseling, and pre-litigation advice, strategy and negotiations.

A native of Northern Virginia, Kevin has deep roots in the communities of Fairfax and Loudoun Counties. He lives in Leesburg with his wife and two sons. Kevin is a member of Leesburg Community Church.
